man it sucks all the good games are dieing out and everone is moveing on to the new ones,

We could play new games, too. I think my main motivation for continuing to play half-life is that it's still spreading across the globe. Just wait until China gets on board, there'll be like 500,000 new players if only one in every twelve thousand of them plays. Granted, they're going to have a huge influx of other games from other developers, but it's a tried-and-true engine, and still a lot of fun. Let's tweak the server already. I'm almost done with this semester's classes.
